Year 6 student Zain Elhommossany represents UAE in Rotax MAX Challenge Grand Finals 2022 in Portugal
Year 6 student, Zain Elhommossany, is to represent the UAE in the Rotax MAX Challenge Grand Finals 2022 in Portugal, later this year.
The 11-year-old, ranked 10th in the world in the Mini Max Challenge, loves two things...go karting and school!
The youngster, who began his WSO journey in FS1, won the Heat, Pre-Final, and Final in the recent UAE 2021/2022 Mini Max Challenge at Al Ain Raceway, the award for which was one of the biggest prizes in the world of karting ... to enter the Rotax Max Challenge Grand Finals.
“I want to thank the school for always supporting Zain, and us as a family, and helping him achieve his dream, and at the same time accelerating at school,” says mum, Germaine Sadek.
Zain has also impressed his teacher, Jack Vickers, with his ability to balance schoolwork, and racing.
“It would be difficult for anyone to do, let alone somebody of his age. I’m sure that with his commitment and hard work, he will continue to go on to achieve great things. Well done, Zain!”
