Duke of Edinburgh International Award
The Duke of Edinburgh (DofE) International Award is available to all aged between 14 and 24 year olds and is the world’s leading youth achievement award.
It equips young people for life regardless of their background, culture, physical ability, skills and interests.
Undertaking the Award is a personal challenge and not a competition against others; it pushes young people to their personal limits and recognises their achievements in a myriad of new skills and develops their independence, resilience and collaboration skills.
Our Academy has a thriving community of students working towards the three International Awards.
Bronze & Silver Awards:
There are 4 sections of the award that need to be completed:
- Community Service
- Physical Recreation
- Skill
- Expeditions

Pastoral System
